Steps to replastering your swimming pool:

1) Drain swimming pool with an external pump if needed.

2) Chip out all loose and soft Hydrazzo or pool plaster to prepare surface for a new layer of swimming pool plaster. This includes adressing the hollow spots in the swimming pool / concrete surface and repairing cracks. 

3) Sandblast the swimming pool to remove all pool paint off  pool if necessary.

4) Tear out existing pool main drain install two 9 inch VGB approved main drains 3 to 6 feet apart. 

5 Identify loose stone / coping where the swimming pool deck meets the  pool water's edge and replace and tear out new copoing and install new 6" x 6" water line tile if needed.

6) Acid wash the swimming pool surface to prepare and etch it for plaster  / hydrazzo.

7) Apply Multicoate brand scratch coat to the etched swimming pool surface. 

8) Replaster the swimming pool surface with approximately 1/2 to 3/4 thick layer of  Aquavations Hydrazzo.

9) Acid wash and Trowel and smooth the  hydrazzo with diamond pad polishers. 

*The cost of water and chemicals needed to restart the pool is additional.

*The pool water chemistry adustment / start up is performed at an additonal charge to maintain PH and hardnessness levels for 30 day  Hydrazzo curing period.
